Ben didn't stop untill he got us the best deal possible, even when we got a great deal he comes back after with a even better one. I would highly recommend Ben he was very easy to get along with and took off alot of pressure and always assured me in times of stress, 10/10 would 100% recommend

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Buying a home and ensuring that we work with someone who would be open to understanding our needs and requirements. Building trust in an adviser who would be providing advise not just to us but to develop a relationship which could be extended to our children further down the line when they envisage buying their own property.

How has Ben Fieldhouse helped you?

Working closely to understand our unique requirements, Ben having access to whole of market and to specialist lenders considering our age and other factors. Ben was very amicable to going further and beyond our expectations to ensure that we were totally happy with the product. His patience and understanding and reworking with different lenders to ensure the best options be made available to us. Initial presentation made it clear to ourselves and our children options available, giving them early insight into mortgage considerations and income multipliers. We were extremely pleased on the success of having the mortgage approved. Ben's continuous support during the whole process and contact ensuring follow-up conversations at every stage allowed us to ask questions and get answers and reassurance every step of the way. All I can say is that Ben definitely earned his money!! Would highly recommend Ben, his politeness, patience and willingness to work outside of normal hours to make sure we felt comfortable with every stage of the process.
