What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were first time buyers and one of us is self employed so we needed some assistance with finding the right mortgage for us.

Richard was a fantastic source of knowledge and support throughout the whole process from start to finish. He understood our individual circumstances, was clear in explaining how the process works and took the stress out of it for us. He was extremely organised and prepared for every stage and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was contactable, reliable and very efficient and it made the whole experience much less terrifying!.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We were very happy with the outcome and Richard obtained our mortgage for us when we were worried it may be difficult. He suggested the best lender for our financial circumstances and we were successful in getting the mortgage that we wanted.

What could they have done better?

Richard was wonderful and he couldn't have done anything better! We shall definitely be recommending him to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again in the future.
