Joshua Pugsley

Joshua is an experienced Wills, trusts and probate solicitor and, by obtaining the highly respected Professional Postgraduate Diploma with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, is a recognised Trust and Estates Practitioner. His practice area includes Will drafting, estate planning, probate (UK and international), private trusts (including trusts of land), and matters relating to Lasting Powers of Attorney. He has also acted in relation to inheritance and trust-related disputes. He is based in Bath and Wells, and regularly travels to clients in Bristol and across Somerset. In addition to working for clients directly, he occasionally works as a consultant for third-party law firms and undertakes professional trustee and executor roles.
