Joshua is a qualified solicitor specialising in Wills, trusts and probate law. He is a recognised Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), having completed the highly respected Professional Postgraduate Diploma awarded by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. His work includes Will drafting, estate planning, probate and estate administration in both UK and international matters, private trusts (including trusts of land), and Lasting Powers of Attorney. He also has experience advising on inheritance and trust disputes. Joshua is based in Bath, Bristol and Wells, and regularly meets clients across Somerset, Wiltshire and London. In addition to acting for private clients, he also undertakes appointments as a professional trustee and executor.
