Elaine is a very supportive solicitor, her communication with us was excellent, usually via e-mail, telephone contact or face to face. The team she works with are efficient, helpful and able to offer reassurance during difficult times.

I went to Elaine Parkes with a very delicate situation, I was scared and nervous as had never had to seek legal advice like this before, and from our first meeting onwards she was extremely professional, but also very kind and reassuring, and as my case progressed she kept my confidence high, even at times when things were not going too much in my favour, she had this ability to keep me thinking strong and to stay positive, but also being honest with me and telling what possibilities could take place and what could happen in the future. I was never kept in the dark about anything and was always kept up to date with the latest developments in my case. at this point I would also like to thank her staff, both past and present who have worked on my case who too treated me with the upmost respect and professionalism. A truly wonderful team. there is a question at the bottom of this page that asks 'what is your solicitors best quality' unfortunately you can only nominate 1 of the 10 options they offer you!, but I would also like to put down that Elaine Parkes Solicitors meets all these requirements and more! Elaine has provided us with some very sound advice and dealt with matters effectively both by letter and by representation in court. Her services have been delivered in a friendly and supportive manner on time and within the expected budget. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone requiring a family solicitor, she is firm and effective without being 'stuffy' or confrontational.

Elaine was extremely professional and gave fair advice which was based on the good of the family with the children's wellbeing being the most important factor. The fees where reasonable and were clearly explained from the outset. Elaine would answer emails often out of office hours and had complete dedication to keeping the children's access safe and stable. She represented me in court twice and was well prepared, forceful and very clear on our position

I can't recommend Elaine Parkes and her team highly enough. The outcome I achieved was beyond my expectations and everything was handled sensitively, quickly, and efficiently. Elaine was marvellous, remembered every detail of my case and offered excellent and realistic advice. My ex husband even said he didn't stand a chance against her company (and he was represented by a well respected company) which I think speaks volumes. When I court I felt confident that she was representing me and my children with all our best interests at heart. When Elaine was on annual leave her team were always there to help and I always felt well looked after throughout the duration of the case.

Elaine acted for me over a period of 18 months on divorce proceedings. Her advice was timely, clear and concise. Her support team were equally attentive to the reams of papers flying around at critical points of the process. but she was also alert to the stress lying behind the clinical matters and was supportive throughout. Her parting advice, given with wry humour, was that I must promise her not to get married again !! clearly she understood me very well at the end of the process
