How has Jonathan Tyler helped you?

I instructed Mr. Tyler to deal with a commercial matter against Aviva who had lost my entire pension fund and were refusing to release any monies which were to be used to fund the purchase of new business premises. The failure of which would have led to the purchase falling-through and significant loss to my business. As a result of the instruction, skill and commercial expertise of Mr. Tyler, we succeeded in recovering the entire portfolio fund and additional compensation. Mr. Tyler was very professional, knowledgeable and approachable and I was extremely grateful for this assistance

How has Jonathan Tyler helped you?

I first came into contact with Jonathan Tyler back in June 2009 due to an on going dispute between my landlord and the Landlord leaseholder for the property above my shop, regarding who was responsible for damages caused to my business premises due to persistent leaks. I found Jonathan to be very reliable, knowledgeable and experience which enable me to win my case against the parties involved. I am delighted to say Jonathan manage to get me a settlement 3 times the amount I anticipated

What could they have done better?

My honest opinion is I don't believe there was any more Jonathan could have done to make the process more smoother or quicker. Legal matters always take a while to resolve and I appreciate Jonathan making this clear to me at the beginning.

I am currently living in Australia, and have a property litigation issue in London. I appointed Jonathan for this matter as his firm had previously assisted with a property purchase and sale 8 years prior. I have been very impressed with Jonathan's approach to my matter as he has been proactive in suggestions of steps to take, and has kept me constantly informed on its progress, irrespective of the time zone difference!

What could they have done better?

As an individual, I feel Jonathan has been exceptional in understanding my matter, both on a technical front and on a 'personal impact' front. From a firm perspective I feel that their accounts and administration department could be a bit more timely on bill preparation and feedback to queries.

From the start of all matter commissioned to Seth Lovis & Co, Jonathan has been upfront and open. He has handled my cases professionally and smartly. What I have liked about the Jonathan and his team is that very quickly they understand the situation and position we should take. Infact, one could say they have an innate "streetwise" manner about them. They have already worked out the score before you do... They are amiable, personable and on your side. However, for those on the other side - they are slick, sharp operators, ones to watch out for. I recommend them them thoroughly and give them all my property business matters.

What could they have done better?

Time is always of the essence. I know these guys are busy, but I feel I have to wait a little while for a response. However, that could just be me. After all, I know I am not the only client they have.

For any small business from 1 employee to 10 employees or more this firm does exactly what they say they will do and when they will do it. I have over 8 years experience dealing with this solicitor (Mr J Tyler), all the advice given has been first class! I run a small business, and Mr Tyler up skilled my knowledge on contracts between customers and business's and Business to Business. Litigation could happen to any one and this firm never requires chasing to deliver a high level of service in order to protect business's. I would be more than Happy to vouch or discuss what this solicitor achieves. Considering this was a cold call 8 years ago I have no intention of changing solicitors.

What could they have done better?

To be totally honest in 8 years of knowing Mr Tyler he has always advised me on matters and when I have needed him to act on my behalf his success rate has been 100%.
