William was very easy to talk to.William explained our options in a language that was easy to understand.Once we had our meeting with William he had made up a list of companies he recommend then it was our choice,which we liked.Would definitely use him again and definitely recommend him.He likes coffee and biscuits.

Having met 4 years ago when looking for financial advice regarding my first time buying a house, I have found william to be a very thorough professional regarding all my financial needs. william has always been there when I've felt I needed sound advice and a bond of trust has been achieved over the years. The reality is I'm saving a lot of money a year because of the products and advice I've received and long may it continue.
What could they have done better?
perhaps be a bit more persistent when calling knowing that a fixed mortgage had expired but I suppose I have to take some of the blame too.
