VouchedFor advised that Ken Ferguson would be in touch within 2 working days to discuss a financial plan. It has now been 12 days and there has been no contact either from Ken nor VouchedFor customer services, who I contacted 5 days ago to say there had been no contact from Ken. Perhaps it is because it was a free plan booked through Money Saving Expert, who will receive a report back on VouchedFor's non offer.

Our adviser does not rush into recommending products. He considers the benefits and looks at all the options to make sure they are the correct ones for our circumstances.

Whilst we appreciate that he is very busy and has many clients we think he could improve on his response times to any queries that we may ask him about.

Has a personal touch. Talks in simple terms, no jargon and no question you ask Ken is ever a silly question. Makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Listens to what you want to do with finances and prepares a very comprehensive summary of financial investments every time you meet with him to keep you in the loop of how investments are doing, which is a lot clearer than some of the correspondence we receive from the actual investment companies.

Ken has made a point of understanding my long term needs and has created a financial situation which meets my needs. My one regret is that I didn't get involved with him earlier as I would have been better provided for had I started the process with him earlier. I ended up giving good money to the taxman that Ken could have put to good use for me.

For a layman like myself, the terminology and overly-technical detail that financial institutions utilise is overwhelming and not easily understood. Ken has a great ability to decipher and instantly explain any and all queries that have arisen, in a language I can understand. Ken's attention to detail and to me as a client is second to none.
