Pensions are extremely confusing but very important to understand and Mr Sneyds knowledge was excellent on every aspect we needed to know. He had thoroughly looked at our existing pensions and individual needs and advised options on the best way forward . It was very refreshing that we did not feel at all pushed into anything and actually Mr Sneyd even advised on possible best courses of action that he would not benefit financially from at all. He was very professional and friendly and I genuinely felt he had our best interest in mind and was more than happy to see us to follow anything up or explain further. He has certainly put our minds at rest on our situation and we are currently considering our next step. I would definately recommend him.

What could they have done better?

At present, we are more than happy with the service we are receiving.

My advisor explains my investments fully and keeps me updated, and in a way that I can understand! He is readily available if I need to speak with him, or gets back to me in a timely manner. He is very reassuring, but does explain the risks involved in my investment.

What could they have done better?

If I had to think of anything I would say maybe more updates on my investment, but I understand that this isn't always possible.
