Paul went above and beyond the call of duty to provide me with the best annuity rate possible, in very frustrating circumstances. He spent a long time on the phone to the relevant company - when he finally managed to get through to them - ensuring that they were abiding by their quote. He realised that the company had not given the quote correctly in the first instance - their mistake - and used this to ensure that their service after this was of a high quality, despite the length of time taken by them to fulfill the transaction.
