Dave is amazing! Dave has been my financial adviser many years now and he has never let me down, Dave is a down to earth lad and explains everything clearly to ensure that you understand things. I am not the best at understanding and filling in forms or even using the computer, even filling in this review is a challenge for me but Dave has always had the patience to wait for me to catch up and understand things! He is a good face to face communicator and I would recommend him without hesitation.

How has Dave Watson helped you?

During the whole Mortgage process he kept us informed of all that was happening, we could approach him at anytime, he never brushed us off with any rubbish and he took the role to establish our mortgage very serious and personnel to himself when things were not going to plan. This is the kind of service i would not have expected from previous dealing with financial advisors but Dave went over and above the call of duty for us. I can only speak very highly of all the advice and help Dave gave us during the whole application and will continue to use Dave for any financial planning or dealings i have in the future, i would also advise other colleagues, family or friends to use Dave in their dealings.

What could they have done better?

Dave could only improve by carrying on in the same way manner in which he worked with us and to keep that personnel touch, along with the being very approachable and friendly.

How has Dave Watson helped you?

Having recently moved house and in need of updating and reviewing our financial situation with regard to mortgage, pensions, life cover etc, Dave took the time to review what myself and my partner already had in place. He went into detail about what we already had and what it meant to us at the end of the various terms, before explaining to us what alternatives he could offer us giving us exactly the same cover but at a little less cost per month, Dave explained it all in simple, easy to understand terms, and his illustrations were simple to follow as well as well laid out. During the setting up process Dave was in regular contact explaining to us exactly what he required from us and what we would receive in the post, taking the time to point out the important information that came with the various policies. At various points during the setting up process myself and my partner had several questions we needed answered and each time Dave gave us the answers we needed, explaining it in simple, easy to understand terminology. We now have excellent cover for all our needs and a little extra than we did previously and as mentioned earlier at a lower cost than what we were already paying. The service we received from Dave was excellent, he was very professional throughout, the service he provided was excellent and the products he delivered to us were very, very good.
