What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Needed help with a mortgage at first but since then we have used Darren for all our financial needs.

Selling are home we lost faith in are old adviser and Darren was recommended.

Suggested a very competitive mortgage of the correct length with explanation, also showed good understanding of the different life insurance policies on offer, enabling us to choose the best one for our needs. Sat down with us and explained the policies in plain English and kept us regularly up to date over the phone with how the process was going. Responded very promptly to any queries we had. After our conversations the advice given was written down and posted to us. All in all a very professional and worthwhile service.

I have used Darren on many occasions on a personnel and business basis. You know the information and advice he gives her is the best for your personel or professional needs. He is the sort of person that if he was aware that there was for example a better mortgage deal in a high street bank he woul tell you rather than offering something that was not as good . He works for you, totally honest and reliable. I think once you have found someone like Darren you will use him for the rest of your life wether it's getting a mortgage, life insurance, pension planning or just some general advice.

I cannot advise anything constructive he just does a really good job

Darren's greatest quality is his integrity; he is honest, makes the situation clear and examines/explains options without pressure or overselling. You sense he is there to help you make the right choices. He is patient, asks you questions and finds out about your attitudes as well as your financial circumstances. He is very reliable and responsive to queries. I am confident he is very conscientious in his work and in his attitude to his clients. He also provides great value for money, explaining very clearly what his charges are and how they are based. Finally, he communicates very clearly, and provides updates to let you know how things are progressing.

I have used Darren Lambert for many years now for mortgage advised for my own property but also for my Buy To Let Properties. I found Darren to be honest and trustworthy with all information he passed over to myself. I have also used Darren for my life insurance and illness polices for myself and my family. My friends and other family members have used Darren for their personal needs and I have never had any un happy response back from them.
