He made the advice clear and fairly simple to understand. He had done his research. He gave me options which another independent financial advisor didn't. He made me feel confident in him. His manner was very professional. He advised me to pay off my mortgage a year early as my endowment policy had expired. This saved me over £1,000, to which I am very grateful to him.

My husband and myself were looking to get a mortgage. We were finding it very difficult due to his self employment status and having less than a year of accounts. We never thought it was ever going to be possible - we were in a hopeless situation as lenders are very strict after the recession.

Frank was amazing, he offered great insight into the marketplace for mortgages. He explained to us all the setbacks we may come across and helped with every aspect of getting a mortgage. I didn’t think it was possible for us on one income especially with the self employed status. Frank remained positive throughput the whole process and helped us with all documentation needed. He explained everything and was always so quick to reply to any questions I had.

Yes, we are delighted. We couldn’t believe that we got a mortgage. Even when the money was in we still didnt believe it. Atlas Financial Planning and Franks services were excellent.

What could they have done better?

Absolutely nothing, Frank is at the top of his game. He is extremely knowledgeable in this field, and is genuinely interested in helping people. He asks a lot of questions and really gets to know your situation before advising on services suitable. 100% trustworthiness I would recommend Frank to anyone. He is worth every penny and more.
