What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I have been most at a loss to know what to do about certain financial matters for some years now and needed support as a trustee to find the right way forward regarding investments held in trust. I have been to others who simply did not come up with any answers and I have been carrying a weight around that I needed to find a way to put down: I also wanted to know what the best actions would be to take right now.

How has Henry Bremridge helped you?

Henry has been such a positive and dynamic support, determined to get to the bottom of every issue even when posed with obstacles that others have shied away from. He has sought for clarification on my behalf and it has been so comforting to know that he is always there to answer any of my questions and concerns. Through this process of aiming for clarity and simplicity with the complexities of the situation he was faced with he did not baulk or fob me off but gave me the truth of the matter to help me find where I need to go now. In short, he upturned a stone that did not look pretty underneath and having thrown light on the matter he has given me the opportunity to esteem a financial adviser!

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

There has been an outcome for myself as a trustee and there will be further resolutions coming thanks to Henry's diligence, forthrightness, resilience, experience and patience. I could not have hoped for more; with a person like Henry at the helm the ship is finding a harbour after many years in a rough sea.

What could they have done better?

In reality I do not know what Henry might have done better: he knows his business and his experience is evident in what he has done for me. Perhaps he might have chosen not to answer his phone when he saw my number yet I would not be writing this review if that had been the case! One thing does come to mind...in the middle of the Covid crisis he might have invested in some magnets as, in his enthusiasm to provide excellent customer service at a distance, he found himself parked in the middle of the road photographing important documentation on the bonnet of his car with a wind playing havoc to his intentions...he did however manage the situation well, considering...!

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I approached Henry following an update received with regards my pension provision, Henry kindly said he would have a look at the paperwork on my behalf.

Henry took time to have a look over possibilities and spoke to me in a language that I understood.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

The outcome was to leave my pensions as they are at this present moment, and as my circumstances are to change in the near future, Henry said he would be happy to advise when required.

What could they have done better?

Smile.... only joking. I was very pleased when dealing with Henry.

How has Henry Bremridge helped you?

Henry fully assessed our situation and advised on what cover we might want. He clearly talked through all of the different options and what was included in various providers policies and products. My husband and I were fully satisfied with Henry's advice and would recommend him. Having just bought our first property and with a baby on the way we knew we needed cover, but were pretty clueless about what life or income protection insurance might be right - and Henry guided us through the process.
