We've used Tony a few times now to re new our mortgage and get us the best deals, He does all the searching for you then comes and explains it in easy terms and gives you all the options, we wouldn't hesitate to use Tony again in the future he is very helpful and easy to talk to with his friendly approach

My advisor was very flexible on appointment times. He was clear in his guidance on appropriate products and ensured that he did all possible research so that when the applications were made this could be done with confidence on my part. All the mortgages were subsequently offered without significant issue or delay. He kept me up to date with the progress of the application by telephone and email and answered all my calls and queries throughout the application process with patience and good nature.

What could they have done better?

I cannot think of any areas for improvement from my experience of this adviser.

I first approached Tony for remortgage advice when I was new to the local area, having located his details via a simple Google search. I was wary approaching Advisers this way, simply because I had no measure of their expertise, but I couldn't have been in better hands. Tony is a professional. He is proficient and a real expert in his field. His knowledge is excellent and his advice is always offered based on a range of considerations to ensure the product or service recommended is suitable for my needs and lifestyle. He is thorough in his questioning and will always explore various avenues, recommending the best solution every time and giving guidance throughout the process. At the risk of sounding contrite, I would never consider approaching anyone else for financial guidance or support. It's important to have a relationship with a Financial adviser that you can 100% trust and put simply, I do. I have recommended Tony to friends who have received the same efficient service and I will recommend him again.

What could they have done better?

I don't have anything to add here! If I had to add anything, it would be to improve web coverage to appeal to more customers.

Tony really took the time to understand my financial circumstances and requirements before sourcing the right products for me. I have used Tony for mortgages twice and will always return to him when financial planning is required. He keeps us regularly informed of progress and has always been flexible on the times to meet or discuss updates and options. I have in the past recommended Tony to other friends looking into their finances and always feel comfortable in doing so. Tony is friendly and approachable in his dealings with us while always showing his professionalism in the advice he gives.

What could they have done better?

Tony is very professional and so it is difficult to think of anything that could be done better, if I had to be overly critical, the only suggestion I could make is that the website for Tony's business could be updated to reflect the professional nature of Tony and his work, this would help to ensure future clients without prior knowledge of Tony get a clear picture of the professional and efficient service that I have no doubt they would receive.
