I have found Richard to be an exceptionally professional and knowledgable advisor. I found Mr Edge to be very informative on all aspects of financial matters regarding my requests. I was given the high's and possible low's of investments and following Mr Edge's advice I am very pleased so far with the returns.

What could they have done better?

Having financial advise from a established banks it was refreshing to receive unbiased advice over a larger spectrum of investments therefore I was totally satisfied with my requests.

Richard, was exactly what i was looking for he was very approachable nothing was too much trouble for him, even though i changed a couple of things once or twice, he explained everything in detail (but made it simple to understand) he really is a credit to his proffesion and would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

What could they have done better?

Honestly, i was looking to make this as simple and smooth as possible and thats exactly what i got, Richard is proffessional reliable and friendly.

Excellent service provided was very clear with all information given to me, explaining the risk I was exposing myself to. Was very helpful in explaining about the investment and how it actually work. Very relaxed attitude with my best intrest at the top of his list not hard selling. Told us about other options and not just about what I had asked about. Discussed with me what my needs were and recommended options available both investments with and without him.

My advisor Richard Edge was very helpful with a relaxed attitude so I did not feel pressured to buy. He visited me at home to find out what my needs were and my financial position was. He then digested a couple of products that may suit me, and went away to carryout some research on the market keeping me informed every option and step made. He then returned to my hope and presented his products in a very simple manor that I could understand explaining everything from cover type to forms to cost. I was very happy with the service I was given.

I feel all areas were covered for my personal needs
