What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
We wanted to get a mortgage.

Carl helped us with the whole process, we didn't have a clue where begin.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Definitely! We have been approved for a mortgage which we are very happy with and have life insurance and critical illness cover, ready to start when we complete.
What could they have done better?
Absolutely nothing, we couldn't have asked for more and can not think of a single thing we would improve
