How has Chris Croake helped you?
I would very, very highly recommend Chris. His name was given to me by someone else who also highly recommended him. He arranged our mortgage for us trouble-free at a time when the mortgage rules had been changed and it was difficult to arrange a mortgage, and we got a good deal. He also arranged our Life Policies. He explained everything in detail to us, nothing was too much hassle. He is based in Southampton and we are in Kent, but the distance was not a problem at all. Everything was done via email and over the phone, and Chris even rang us at 7pm one night (at our request) to go through all the details, paperwork, etc. I just cannot recommend him highly enough and will have no hesitation in using him again.
What could they have done better?
Nothing, I cannot fault Chris.
