Adrian is a very approachable & down to earth financial adviser. He gives clear concise advice. The investment he made for me has done well and I get regular reviews & valuations to track its progress. The one thing I will say about Adrian is that when he says something will get done it does - he has a great staff support system.

Adrian has good interpersonal skills and builds relationships well. He has a very positive approach and gives good quality financial advice. He has a friendly way of fact finding and putting you at ease. Tailor makes the financial solutions to your risk appetite and needs.

What could they have done better?

Adrian sometimes assumes that you are fully conversant with all financial terms and sometimes this has caused confusion or uncertainty.

I first met Adrian when I was still teaching and needed some advice about planning for the future.Many years later when I inherited quite a lot of money Adrian was there to advise the best way forward.He made every effort to understand what I needed from my investments and ensured I was totally happy before we went ahead with anything.He is always there to advise and support if I have any anxieties or questions.He is a total professional.I have such faith in his company that I have recommended him to friends.

What could they have done better?

How has Adrian Shandley helped you?

Adrian is easy to take to, understands all our financial needs & advises accordingly. I was introduced to Adrian through my father, who had met Adrian at a financial seminar. He was very impressed with him, my father is not easily impressed. Now, my children use Adrian's services (3rd generation investors) , my daughter is employed by a High Street Bank in their savings & investments department , but uses Adrian!! That should speak volumes.

How has Adrian Shandley helped you?

Mr Shandley has been extremely helpful to both my wife and myself for the past 15 years and to my Mother in Law for almost thirty. He has taken the time to get to know us on a personal level and to tailor his advice accordingly. Mr Shandley is very professional in the way he does business and has built up a good knowledge and understanding of our needs over this time. Mr Shandley offers yearly reviews of our portfolio accompanied by all relevant paperwork set out in an easy to digest format but is available more often if required. Using these as a basis for a discussion as to our needs both short and long term. These meetings are always followed up with a letter detailing what was discussed and laying out what is to be done to follow our wishes. We have been very pleased with both the service he's provided, the advice he has offered and the results he has obtained for us, so much so that we had no hesitation in recommending his services to both family and friends. Many of whom have also profited by his hard work on their behalf.

What could they have done better?

I find it impossible to offer anything meaningful here.

I would like to Thank all the staff at Premier very much for all their help and support which is greatly appreciated, Adrian has been very successful at managing the various elements of the portfolio for me. Nice to be relieved of the pressure!

What could they have done better?

The fact that Adrian Shandley of Premier Wealth management has been my adviser for the last ten years speaks volumes. I am very happy in every respect. My portfolio was restructured and rebalanced before the stock market crash which saved considerable losses in the banking sector for which I will always be grateful. I would very much welcome Adrian having an office in the Isle of Man! The quality of Adrian and Premier Wealths service and expertise is well worth a little visit to the mainland. They make it so easy to have a chat over the telephone actioning instructions promptly it has never been a problem to living outside the UK. I thank them all vey much for their help.

Absolutely pleased with the service we receive from Adrian Shandley and staff. It appears that there is a great team behind Adrian both in the office and activities he undertakes for charities. It is nice as a client to be involved, receive updates, newsletters and calendars and cards! However the main thing is the fact as a couple we have both received clear and concise advice, nothing clouded in small print and to date have had successful outcomes to all Adrians activites on our behalf. We keep on recommending his company to friends!

What could they have done better?

There is nothing outstanding on which we could improve matters and therefore are happy to continue as we are now.

Takes inordinate trouble to ensure that (to me) complex issues are explained so I can understand them and what we are planning to do. Genuinely takes my views, eg. my risk tolerance, into full account. Establishes a close personal relationship. Always prepared to visit his clients. Has a delightful friendly team behind him. Ensure his back ups when he is away can perhaps handle slightly more complex issues/questions than they do at the moment

I first received advice from Mr. Shandley almost twenty years ago whilst I was still working. His advice served me well for many years and I was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and friendly approachable manner. His suggestions were perfectly suitable for my circumstances and I felt confident that he was acting with my best interests at heart. Adrian is very efficient at what he does. He always confirms instructions in writing and generally keeps us both informed. He sets an annual review date and we review our investment strategy on an annual basis making any alterations to our portfolio requirements during this review. He has well trained, efficient and personable staff and we feel that we are in safe hands.

What could they have done better?

Possibly supply us with a very brief report on our portfolio is doing on a quarterly basis.

As well as advising Adrian cares about how you are doing financially, and it makes a different. I have put one portfolio update a year because that is what generally happens, although Adrian will contact us if there is something he needs to bring to our attention about the group of funds we are in.

My advisor is accessible, deals with my questions promptly, listens to my point of viewand adise accordingly. I moved to my adviser from another financial gent who was found to be inadequate and Mr Shandley should out the problems that had been crested. Since then his adise has been sound and the investments that he hs advised have proved to be very successful. Further more his staff and organisation are always very willing to help and deal with queries on a same day basis. All in all I have no hesitation in saying that Mr Shandley provides a first class service and one tha you can feel confident in.

How has Adrian Shandley helped you?

Personal service, very informal but professional. At home maintenance visits as well as availability on the phone or via emails. Explains why he is advising what he does and always confirms agreements in writing promptly after a visit. Annual resumes are welcomed. Adrian also manages my 91 year old Father's finances. He has given advice on tax affairs with particular reference to Inheritance Tax, hopefully this will be sound as and when required! I was also advised re encashing a pension plan, welcome advice in a minefield and a satisfactory outcome.

What could they have done better?

Currently we are very happy with Adrian's services. The one worry we had re the changes for IFAs and costs was seamlessly dealt with and caused us no concerns at all.

I was able to retire from my employment at an early age. Whilst employed, I had contributed to a very good pensions scheme. I explained to Adrian my present and future financial concerns regarding my impending retirement. Adrian drew up a financial plan that clearly detailed my current and future financial position. Adrian explained the document to my wife and I, and there is no doubt it removed any concerns we held. My wife and I completed, independently, documentation which profiled our attitudes to risk. Thereafter we had a detailed meeting with Adrian, who advised on the most appropriate investment plan that tailored our approach to risk. Adrian recognised the concerns that my wife and I held regarding our future financial security. Three months after Adrian invested our funds, he called a further meeting with us to advise on our financial investment and address any further questions we had. This meeting was extremely important to us as our future financial security was resting on the advice we had received. 12 months post our initial investment Adrian held a further meeting with my wife and I to review our investment and recommend any alterations to our investment plan. In the time that we have held the plan the returns have far exceeded our expectations. I am of the opinion that the costs for the advice and services that we received from Adrian and his staff is excellent value for money. Adrian and his staff are always available to offer support and advice. My wife and I are so pleased with the level of professionalism, courtesy and communication that Adrian evidenced to ourselves, that we have recommended his services to a number of other people, who I am aware have made use of the services offered by Premier Wealth Management. Without doubt a first class Financial Investment Company

What could they have done better?

I appreciate that there is always room for improvement in any organisations, however, as a customer of Premier Wealth Management, the level of service my wife and I have received was so good, I could not provide any constructive advise that I believe would enhance the service that we presently receive.
