How has Jonathan Plant helped you?

Jon Plant took the time to find out exactly what I was trying to achieve, then took the information away to consider the best way to achieve what I wanted at the optimum cost (optimum using my measures, I must add). To my absolute satisfaction, he came up with a plan to use the equity in one house to purchase a second rental house and thus expand my portfolio of Student Let houses. He then went on to explain the important financial elements that I needed but had not asked about (such as Landlord's Insurance) then gave me enough time and information to become happy that each element was necessary and best value for money. I could not recommend Jon highly enough.

My husband and I found Jonathan a very professional and pleasant person, who knew his business and gave us informed information relevant to us. I would have no qualms in recommending him to friends and family if the occasion arose.
