First time buyer mortgage application.

Tim explained everything in an easy to understand manor. There was always a quick response and turnaround to any questions or any research that needed doing, which took a massive admin overhead off myself and advised me in areas that would have taken me a long time to come up to speed.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, mortgage has all gone through without any hold ups which has been great with minimal input from me, Tim did everything which was just what I wanted.

What could they have done better?

Nothing at all, Tim would always reply promptly. I dealt with him only over email which was my preferred method due to my line of work and I don't think anything could have been better.

He gave us lots of different options & did lots of research on our behalf. Once we have chosen a product, Tim completed all the documentation with us & submitted everything, communicated with the company on our behalf & took all the stress away from us, he is extremely efficient & knowledgable and always a pleasure to work with.
