Jason was extremely helpful to me with a complex international pension question I had on a brief visit to the UK. He responded quickly, listened carefully, and was able to link me with a similarly helpful professional with the appropriate expertise. I would go back to him should I need further advice in that area.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had 2 existing pension schemes and wanted to consolidate them into a single scheme. Both existing schemes had relatively high charges.

How has Jason Levett helped you?

I feel Jason understood what I was trying to achieve and was able to take my personal circumstances into account. Everything was explained thoroughly and I now have a pension scheme that I am happy with.

I am happy with the arrangements and everything appears to be going well so far.

He was due to come to see me between 9:30 and 10:00 on Wednesday 13th September but nobody came, nor did I get a telephone call by way of explanation. As I said previously, I am not impressed.

Dear Mr Craig, We do take this seriously and I am disappointed that you felt we made an appointment that I did not meet. I understand that my colleague sent you an email explaining that I was in a seminar all day and would endeavour to contact you on Friday. However, I cannot see any appointment in my diary for 13th September and would be most surprised had this been arranged, because I was away on annual leave until Monday 25th September. I do not recall being able to have a conversation with you, as had been hoped for. I am more than happy to meet and discuss your circumstances.

I needed a financial assessment of my investments for a court procedure.

How has Jason Levett helped you?

He gave a full and thorough assessment of how my funds could be invested if l sold my properties. He also assessed my future income if l kept those properties.

I needed help in choosing the right type of investments for our circumstances.

How has Jason Levett helped you?

Jason listened very carefully to our requirements and without pressure advised us of the the best investments to meet our circumstances. Jason is also very easy to talk to and he explains the "pros and cons" clearly. I also find him easy to contact and always ready to listen and arrange meetings when needed.

Yes, to date the general growth of our portfolios has reached our expectations.

Excellent advice, understood and was sympathetic to my circumstances. As a financial dullard, Jason gave me straight forward, easily understood advice without ever patronising or judging.

Yes -I hope to see the new scheme I am in deliver a good return and the cash free sum has now come through.

Maybe I expected a quicker outcome (perhaps unreasonably?) it's taken I believe six months to sort my affairs out

I inherited a portfolio of shares and needed long-term advice regarding their management.

How has Jason Levett helped you?

Jason discusses each holding, advises and makes appropriate on-going changes, as circumstances dictate. This includes researching the most tax-efficient investments for myself and my wife. We meet at agreed times throughout the year and he is always available, at short notice, to deal with any concerns we may have. This is service is supported by personal reports and general investment literature.

Yes and this is will be on-going.

What we have done together is to agree an agenda in advance of our meetings. This is something which I initially suggested and has been welcomed by Jason. This means that I have to take greater ownership of proceedings which , in turn, enables Jason to deliver a more effective and focussed service.

we needed financial advice and went to Edward Jones in Gravesend, where we were badly advised. The branch closed so we transferred to Tunbridge Wells branch and met Jason. When Jason left Edward Jones we continued with Jason as we had been pleased with his advice.

I have known Jason & availed myself of his financial services, both with his current & previous company for the last 10-15 years, during which time I have found him well informed & well up to date with the ever changing trends in the financial & investment market. I have always valued his recommendations on the maintenance & progress of my financial portfolio & have found him easy to understand when explaining complicated (to me) matters with regards to advisability & suitability of investments.

I find it difficult to suggest what Jason could do better - I have always been happy with the advice given & have always believed it to be correct, timely & appropriate.... All I can add is 'You don't know what you don't know', but I have trusted the advice given, & believe it to have been offered in my best interest.
