Prior to meeting Steve Martin we researched several financial advisors who gave us conflicting advice, none of which was suitable for our investment. We were introduced to Steve via a family member. The first meeting was in our home and Steve took time to get to know us, as well as our investment needs, expectations and attitude to risk. There was no hard sell and no waffle. We decided without hesitation that Steve Martin was a man to be trusted and we were happy to invest with his company Smart Financial. Our investment has yielded a good return. Although this was initially a bit slow it soon started to give a steady return. An example of the service we receive is as follows: 1) A three monthly statement 2) Web access to check our investment at any time 3 An annual personal review either at home or a venue close by 4) No hidden charges. 5) Clear information on 'recommendation for change', allowing you to make informed decisions 6) Every member of the team is friendly, professional and knowledgable 7) A quick reply to any queries or concerns you may have 8) Regular contact via email or telephone 9) Personal invitations to events they are running such as golf tournaments 10) No jargon To name but a few.
