Mitul has been my broker for about 5 years and he's always provided an excellent service. This time, his services has surpassed all other times as he has saved us thousands on mortgage payment. We went to Mitul about 6 months ago as he recommended we start looking and securing as early as possible. By December he had secured a good rate and we secured this and he assured me that he will continue to monitor the market and let us know if a better rate came up. Then in January he found a lower rate which he secured right away saving us thousands a year. He continued to look for better rates and in February he managed to secure an amazing rate (at a time when all the banks had believed that there would be 5/6 interest rate cuts this year) and there hasn't' been anything lower offered since. We are so happy that we were able to secure this as our re-mortgage has been such a big weight on my mind since interest rates started rising a couple of years ago.

It has been a better outcome than anticipated and I will be going back to Mitul in June for my BTL flat and I believe he'll work hard again to get me the best rate

What could they have done better?

Absolutely nothing. Mitul goes above and beyond any broker I have met and he does this as he genuinely wants people to find the best rates and will work very hard to secure this. At a time when interest rates are so high and banks are changing their offers daily, its so hard to keep on top of this and ensure that you're able to provide high quality service in a volatile environment but Mitul seems to do this year on year. And I am saying this with upmost confidence as for my first deal I got a quote by numerous other firms and no one’s rate was even close to what Mitul secured for me. We started the journey of investing in Buy-To-Let properties and we really needed a Mortgage Adviser we could trust. Mitul was recommended to us by other people in our investors group so we got in touch. Interestingly, Mitul really wanted to understand why we wanted to become investors, what our strategy was, where our focus geographies would be and really how serious about this we were. His time is precious so he wanted to understand if he felt he could help us and whether we'd value his time. The answer to both of those questions was a resounding YES.

We’re looking to finally buy our house. Mitul and Geeta gave advice prior applications to improve our financial position to then listen our needs and exploring every option available to have the best mortgage rates. We had a very big problem in which we had 3 properties on bridging finance and that was coming to an end. We'd tried several brokers to see if they could help us refinance but to no avail and that could have seen us lose all 3 properties.

Not only did Mitul manage to find a lender to provide mortgages for all 3 properties, he worked tirelessly to drive through the conveyancing and gave us advice to and guidance help us overcome several unforeseen obstacles. He demonstrated a great deal of knowledge expertise and with close relationships with lenders he helped us get a better understanding of what their requirements were and enabled us to demonstrate that we could meet their strict lending criteria. I wish there were 6 stars because a 5* score doesn't do justice to the level of service we received. We had a very big problem which could have seen us lose 3 properties and we'd tried several brokers to see if they could get finance to no avail.
