For someone who is very new to everything, Tom explained everything really well and simplified things so that I would understand. He has a friendly and approachable manor and my business partner and I have complete trust in his advice and recommendations.

How has Thomas Mannion helped you?

I have found Tom to be conscientious and thoughtful when giving his advice. He helped make a plan for my mother's nursing home care funding which has been very useful for piece of mind.

What could they have done better?

His advice wasn't the cheapest and I did shop around. I am overall glad with the decision we made though.

How has Thomas Mannion helped you?

I have been happy from day one. I have probably also been lucky and piggy backed the rise in the stock market since 2009. Tom did however move my portfolio around exceptionally well and rode the rise in corporate bonds and then moved me to more into equities at the bottom of the equity market. I also don't think I have paid a penny of tax since he took over things.

What could they have done better?

It would be nice to speak with you to discuss my portfolio more regularly than the current monthly call. Other than that I can no complain.

After an extremely bad experience with my first financial advisor I was introduced to Tom Mannion by a friend. Tom listened, understood my objectives and then carried out an extensive review and produced a very concise report outlining his solution to my problems. Not only did he rectify the inherited problems, he stabilised the situation and then produced returns well above my expectations. The proposals were definite, easy to understand and more importantly, easily monitored. I have been delighted with his dedication and certainly recommend him as an effective financial advisor.
