As part of my husband's Pension Review, Julie looked at my own circumstances (as his partner and carer after he'd suffered a life-changing stroke). She looked at my own Pension position and recommended what I needed to do to check my State Pension etc. Plus she helped support our thoughts regarding claiming disability benefits and brought the forms to us. She also helped with my search for Life Insurance and some financial advice regarding tax limits/inheritance after my elderly mother died.

With the death of my first wife the insurance I received paid off the house mortgage. No longer having to payout a monthly mortgage, I had this extra money that I did not want to waste away so looked and met with my financial adviser.

Julie sorted out our pensions into one. Which allowed us to have a lump sum each and a regular monthly pension. Whilst investing our pensions for the future. Julie also sorted out the capital gains tax on a buy to let property we sold.

Yes a lump sum, a regular monthly pension plus arranging investment for our future. Julie sorted our capital gains tax on a buy to let property. Which allowed us to pay 2 mortgages off and have a lump sum as a result.

I have been a client of Weller Financial Services for over 50 years and have never needed to look for an alternative advisor. Their advice over these years has always been excellent and when the company were taken over by Black Swan there was no change in the management of the advisors I was dealing with, in particular Julie Cooper.
