What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Martin is the most knowledgeable, competent and friendly mortgage advisor, and I highly recommend him! He has great and vast knowledge of different mortgages and insurance policies, and he provided me with the best options to suit my needs. I explained Martin what I wanted to achieve, and he found the best deals for me! Martin spent time discussing the mortgage and remortgage options with me and answered all my questions with great knowledge and patience, which helped me to choose the most suitable mortgage and insurance options.

How has Martin Strong helped you?

Martin helped me to re-mortgage my property to release some equity, and he found me a very good mortgage deal for my first buy-to-let property. He also helped to arrange the building insurance for it! Martin then arranged the new mortgage for me for my new residential property at a great interest rate, which I am enjoying today! In addition to securing very good mortgage deals for me, Martin also discussed with me the home insurance and protection against loss of earnings, and helped me choose the policies that suit my needs.

We managed to buy the house of our dreams with Martins help. We have also spoke to him about financing a new build which seems possible. Strong mortgage solutions are Absolutely amazing. The service we have received from Martin and Samantha has been on top form from the start! When we were losing all hope and thinking there was no way we were ever going to be able to get on to the property ladder when every other broker was saying it wasn’t possible Martin came to the rescue and got us a DIP within the hour and now we have just been given are mortgage offer in just weeks. Communication was on top form from both martin and sam. something that is normally stressful was stress free and that was because both Martin and Sam and everyone at strong mortgage solutions are the best of the best. Both me and my partner have never bought a property before and so needed someone to guide us through the process and explain it easily to us.

How has Martin Strong helped you?

Martin was the main reason me and my partner were able to get our mortgage sorted. He helped us through every step of the way and made us feel at ease with the stressful process of buying a house, even after we had been messed around and let down by a large broker. He was always contacting the vendors and banks to get the process done as efficiently as possible and always answered ALL our questions professionally. We felt we were actually people when talking to Martin, rather than just an account number or a file. He ALWAYS went above and beyond for us and worked hard to secure our mortgage, especially in these crazy pandemic times where it is more difficult than ever.
