Our circumstances meant that we were looking for a second mortgage so wanted to make sure we had both a good deal and the best chance of finding a lender that was suitable

Refused mortgage by high street bank even though I do not owe or never have any outstanding debts. I have a decent secure income from my employer of 15 years. Damion was a massive help.

How has Damian Youell helped you?

Incredible! Highly recommend 100% After going to the bank who gave me a decision in principle and a mortgage certificate of the offer I was well on my way to my second house purchase or so I thought. Once I had an offer accepted on the property I went back to the bank who now said they can no longer lend me the amount they originally promised and offered me a morgage 15K short of what they originally offered me. As you can imagine I was very annoyed with the bank. I then came across needing advice and Damien. I did background checks and research, I found nothing but positive feedback back from previous customers some who have had the same experience as me with the banks. I called Damien, he visited me at home and I think it was within 4 days he had got me the morgage I needed, not only that the morgage came with £1000 cash back! Speaking with Damien I got the feeling he wasn't just after a quick 1 time sale but wanted to build a positive relationship a life long customer which I definitely am. Damien always kept in touch and kept me informed. I got the keys to the property this week and the thousand pounds cash in my account too. I highly recommend Damien and needing advice to anyone, I have told all my friends and family to not bother with the banks but go straight to needing advice and Damien.
