Yes, in a turbulent market, Carl got us a fabulous rate. In addition, we didn't make it easy for him as mid way through we changed our mind on the house we were purchasing and needed Carl to swiftly provide a new mortgage in principle which he did, keeping the same rate we had previously. Carl kept us updated throughout and communicated well. The life insurance for myself was arranged quickly and hassle free.
