I needed to re-mortgage to fund a extention to my property and pay of a loan attached to the property.

Paul was very patient with us as we are self employed so there was quiet a bit of time between our 1st enquiry to us having all the paperwork in place to move forward. He explained everything at each step of the way, all contact was via e-mail which worked well for us as we were only really able to give it time in the evening.

We have a mortgage offer for an amount the surpassed what we expected, from a high street leader at a fantastic rate.

i was looking to re-mortgage a property that had been purchased with cash in order to release equity from the house.

Paul agreed to meet me at my convenience after work hours and within roughly half an hour, had me looking at a suitable mortgage for my needs. After agreeing to this, the mortgage in principle was agreed the next day. Paul had fully understood my needs and all the paperwork that was relevant over the next coming weeks was explained clearly and the mortgage seemed to move forward very quickly with the valuation carried out and mortgage agreed within 10 working days. This was a lot simpler than attempting to source the mortgage myself and much faster than other advisors I had previously tried to use.

We did seek advice from a the estate agents own mortgage adviser but didn't have the same trust or relationship with him. Paul knew affordability was one of the most important things to us and this was kept in mind throughout. We are now the proud owners of our first property with a mortgage that we can comfortably afford.
