We had decided we wanted to move house but were unsure of what our budget would be. We had a couple of meetings with Suzanne and she was always very welcoming and put us at ease.

Suzanne has given us so much advice and reassurance with mortgages. She helped us to decide on a budget, mortgage repayments and how that would look in the future. Ultimately, with her help we were able to buy the house we wanted and it was a stress free process.

I was recommended to Suzanne by a friend of mine who had also used her services for mortgage advice. I needed to change my mortgage over to a buy to let mortgage as I was renting out my property with unusual circumstances.

Suzanne was fantastic. Firstly she secured us a great deal for our mortgage but also her wealth of knowledge and experience was invaluable to us in purchasing our first home. If we had any queries about anything house related, she knew the answer and responded quickly. She also recommends and helped us get some insurance for the property.

I had decided to sell my rental property and move down to the coast. As the property I was after was of a higher value, I needed to remortgage so I contacted Suzanne to chat through some options. Suzanne had come highly recommended to me and after speaking with her I knew I had made the right choice.

Suzanne helped me by looking at mortgage providers and the criteria they look for in a client which I wouldn’t have known by myself. She also advised me on mortgage protection.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We have been mortgage prisoners for some years but with the interest rates as they were it wasn't too much of an issue for us. However, interest rates rose expendently for us over the last year so needed to look to remortgage on a better deal.

How has Suzanne Gore helped you?

Suzanne has helped us get a mortgage with a high street lender and we are no longer mortgage prisoners. We have an amazing fixed rate mortgage over 5 years and we would not be in this position without Suzanne's help and continued support.

Yes and more...... I was not expecting Suzanne to be able to help us as much as she has. We will always be very grateful to her.

What could they have done better?

Nothing. From start to finish Suzanne has been amazing. She is non judgemental and works hard on your behalf to get the best deal for you. She certainly is worth her weight in gold.

Originally I had a poor credit rating and was limited to which mortage products were available to me.

How has Suzanne Gore helped you?

Suzanne helped research the market for me. She gave me lots of reassurance along the way. She found a few deals before we narrowed down the best offer for me. This was fantastic and the outcome and mortgage deal was far better than I had thought possible. When the terms of this mortgage expired Suzanne helped research the market again for me. By this time my credit history is now almost excellent. She managed to agree a new mortgage deal with my existing provider and this all went through efficiently and smoothly.

Yes

What could they have done better?

I don't think there is anything Suzanne could have done better. Suzanne was very approachable, took time to explain everything and was very happy to answer any questions I had promptly and efficiently.

How has Suzanne Gore helped you?

I am a self employed IT contractor, so am not a straightforward case. Suzanne researched the market and did preliminary checks with those lenders that offer mortgages to contractors. A considerable amount of paperwork was required to satisfy the lender requirements. Suzanne set up an online repository for us to upload documents to and chased the lenders consistently to get follow up queries resolved.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, both times we have remortgaged through Suzanne, we were delighted with her service and the rates she was able to secure us with the lenders

What could they have done better?

Nothing. We were fully informed of the progress and what to expected. We are delighted with the service received and will use Suzanne for our next re-mortgage.

I was a first time buyer and I wanted a trustworthy mortgage broker to help me get the best mortgages deal that suited my needs.

How has Suzanne Gore helped you?

Suzanne was an absolute rock for me during a very unexpectedly, tortuous, first time buying process. She was able to: 1) Listen to my needs and give me sound mortgage and contents insurance advice that matched my circumstances, especially when I was being bombared by very aggressive seller's agents (they were not focusing on my needs at all!). 2) Provide me with clear insight into the nuances of the buying process giving me advice on emergent issues that could not have been predicted. 3) Be my advocate to the lenders , trying to anticipate the demands of the aggressive seller 4) Empathise, didn't give me a sales pitch and was available, open and honest with me throughout.

Absolutely! :) I now hw a home and a mortgage that was right for me. I also felt supported and guided through this very difficult process.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We needed mortgage advice to purchase our first house. As this was new to us, we needed guidance and someone to answer all our questions so we felt more confident!

How has Suzanne Gore helped you?

Suzanne met with us to get a clear idea on what we were looking for and could afford. She found the best mortgage option for us and was always ready to answer any questions we had.

Trying to obtain a Mortgage on our self build.

How has Suzanne Gore helped you?

She managed to get us a very competitive deal bearing in mind our options were limited as the house was owned by ourselves and many lenders couldn't help us in those circumstances. We have since used Suzanne for life insurance and other protection/ cover policies.

My partner and I were Purchasing a new property and needed to borrow more money using a mortgage

How has Suzanne Gore helped you?

Suzanne compared the benefits of taking out a whole new mortgage on from a few different providers or keeping our ported mortgage and topping up the difference with a new mortgage from the same provider. Her advice led us to the best outcome which was to pick up our old mortgage and top up the difference.

Yes we were able to buy our house with a monthly payment that suits us and no extra fee's

What could they have done better?

Nothing, she was excellent at grasping our understanding of mortgages, meaning we gained the critical information whilst not wasting time being told information we already new. She was easy to contact and prompt at responding to our inquiries. We would wholeheartedly recommend Suzanne to any of our friends and will keep using her for all our mortgage needs.

In every way, any question we had she took the time to explain everything to us until we were happy. We had no clue what we were doing as first time buyers so not only did she help us with the mortgage side but helped us to understand the whole progress from start to finish. We are incredibly grateful!
