What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a legal adviser?

I was injured in a bad RTA in May 2019 caused by another driver. It never occurred to me to make a personal injury claim until I got pestered by my car insurer’s solicitors. However, I was put off by their impersonal corporate vibe and decided to engage a local solicitor that I could see face-to-face. A bit of Googling later, I emailed Ros Jones and got a prompt and helpful reply.

After a meeting locally I was happy to engage Ros and am glad that I did. Ros dealt very professionally with what is by its nature an unsettling process and I felt that I had a good advocate. There was zero cost to me and Ros does not take a cut of any settlement reached. If I am ever in similar circumstances again (god forbid), I will not hesitate to contact Ros.

I honestly have no criticism. The process from start to finish took a year, but I was expecting this at the outset, so it was not a negative.
