What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an equity release adviser?

Holly was extremely efficient from our very first meeting, and her friendly but professional manner gained our trust immediately . She did everything she said she would in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations at every stage, anticipating many of our questions.

Needed to pay existing mortgage off before end of March and didn’t have funds available to do this

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an equity release adviser?

two old people getting a little unstable getting in and out of a over bath shower. we needed a walk in shower and it is a lot better and safer. Holly arranged the lease with very little fuss and it was a pleasure to do businise with her and the rest of the team.

I felt the time was right to semi retire and to help do this I decided to get advice about equity release on my property.

How has Holly Hensleigh helped you?

Holly has helped me immensely. I have always found her courteous and easy to communicate with. And it seems to me that she really understands the subject of equity release. And Holly is very reliable for example ringing at an agreed time etc. It was very much down to her that my transaction went through quickly and smoothly.
