I wasn't convinced I was getting the best deal and advice from my previous advisors.

Andrew has been extremely helpful in helping me to make the best of my investments, giving sound advice in an uncomplicated manner.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, definitely. My aim was to increase my investment to a particular level, and this has been achieved plus extra funds gained.

What could they have done better?

Absolutely nothing! Andrew has been a great help and I would more certainly recommend him.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I inherited some money after my father passed away.

How has Andrew Rankin helped you?

Andrew has listened to what I would like to do with the inheritance, and has carefully explained the investment options to me and risk. He has also always swiftly answered my questions and been helpful and patient when the probate process took longer than expected. Ultimately I have been able to get to know Andrew a little over a long period prior to investment, and this has helped me gain trust in him and the investment process.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I have long term goals which will take 10-15 years to be realised and have only just begun transferring funds to the investment account. So far I have been very happy with the setting up of the accounts and I am looking forward to assessing the long term outcomes in due course.

What could they have done better?

Nothing. Andrew was very considerate, and also extremely patient.

I was unhappy with the company looking after my funds.
