I was a carer for my partner prior to his death. I reduced my hours and therefore my income in this period. My hours have now gone back up.

Alan gave advice on pension draw down which I took up to help cover this period. I have now withdrawn from the pension draw down to help my pension pot recover before retiring fully in 2024.

We were looking to maximise returns on our investments, and also looking for advice on our pension options.

How has Alan Griffiths helped you?

Alan is very approachable and communicates in a way that is clear and easy to understand. He is in regular contact to review our investment portfolio to make sure it always matches our attitude to risk. As we neared pension age Alan outlined all the options available to us (some of which we hadn't previously thought of), and explained the pros and cons of each option. We feel he took the time to get to know us and could tailor his advice according to our wants and needs.

My previous IFA had ceased trading and I was introduced to Alan.

He reviewed all of my insurance cover to make sure I had adequate cover for my family and also reviewed how productive my existing pension products were performing with options to improve their outcomes.

I believe at the moment the performance has been good; much more consistent and better than my previous products .
