How has Scott Campbell helped you?

I have not really looked into exactly how my my advisor earns, therefore could only grade as 'good'. I am not sure if I can access my portfolio online - but I am happy with paper copies, which are provided regularly. Scott is very approachable and quick to respond to any emails that I send. (being deaf, this is my preferred method of communication) The annual reviews are also very helpful. I am happy with the information and recommendations that have been provided

What could they have done better?

I don't have any complaints. I may ask re online access to my portfolio in future but this is not a priority for me at present.

I have complete confidence in Scott's handling of my affairs. I have come to see his visit as that of a friend. He recalls personal details and takes what comes over as a caring concern. My financial position has benefited under his guidance. Recently I had occasion to access an amount of money at fairly short notice. The situation was handled efficiently and speedily which was very reassuring at a time when I was rather anxious. He instils confidence.

Scott advises my wife and myself. These answers are from both of us. Scott fully familiarised himself with our circumstances and thus he has been able to give us comprehensive advice to fulfil our medium and long-term financial requirements. Perhaps this is not so much for Scott himself, but his firm. Their computer diary synchronisation is not perfect.

Scott helped both myself and my wife sort out our finances for the future. Everything was carefully explained and he was happy to go back over any areas that we were unsure of. Everything from shares to pensions have been realigned for our future without being tied to a limited number of investment possibilities as we were when working through our bank. Projections for future profits and costs are backed up by past results giving us a greater understanding and confidence in what we could expect for the future all carried out within our own home allowing an informal atmosphere and more able to concentrate on the main subjects.

Scott is pro-active and does not use any pressure tactics. He is honest, diligent and the selling methods make me comfortable in making my own decisions. The advice he has given me in the last 10 yrs have proven very advantageous and recommendations given have been first class. I appreciate his knowledge on technical and market understanding and the integrity he carries out throughout all dealings .
