Because of the stamp duty holiday we wanted to see if we could get a mortgage. We spoke to quite a few mortgage advisors who were very slow and not very helpful until we met Yanneke who answered very quickly and was very helpful and fast from day one. She has also previously worked with people in the film industry which is what we needed as most mortgage don't really understand to complex/unusual contracts in the film industry in which my partner works.

Not only does Yannekke have whole of market access to the lenders but she is extremely proactive when issues arise with lenders and due to her years of experience has always been able to resolve any issues that arise whether that be with the existing lender or a new lender. My main business i's buy to let properties (BTL) and with her years of experience dealing with BTL's she has always been able to source me the best lender for my circumstances. Yannekke is also very helpful when it comes to risk management, dealing with LTV, diversification with lenders, terms, interest rate ect, all the things any business in the rental market should look for. Finally I have used her for my personal mortgages and recommended her to family who have also gone on to compete with Yannekke in a quick and timely professional manner.

Yes, In every instance of new purchases or mortgage renewals, further advances Yannekke has always been able to source me the required funds.

A lack of knowledge into how to apply for mortgages and it was my first one, and the circumstances of it as I’d inherited a chunk of the property via the passing of my father but needed a mortgage to buy out the others in the will.
