James has been brilliant and always appears to be at the end of the phone no matter the size of the query at hand. James continually goes above and beyond and has a real understanding of the size of the transactions from a customer lens when it comes to moving house. Often, in my experience, professionals can view it as a transaction and treat it as such, not keeping the customer in the loop and creating unnecessary anxiety.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Not only have I seen the outcome I was looking for but more often than not, better than I was looking for - once, we had a mortgage agreed and I was happy with the outcome, it would have been easy for James to think, job done. But no, James continue to look and came back to me with a better deal saving me significantly each month.

I was looking to buy a new house and needed a mortgage product.

James was patient and understanding to my circumstances and I feel gave me the best advice which helped relieve my stress of getting a mortgage. James was always available to me at anytime and weekends and responded quickly to any questions I had. The house I wanted took some time to become available due to building work and he stayed in touch. James was alway polite and professional and nothing ever seemed too much despite me changing the goal posts several times. Excellent service all round.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a new larger property and we initially approached James for advice on a mortgage in principal.

How has James McQuistin helped you?

From the very first conversation I/we had with James it was very apparent that he was there to help in anyway he could. He has guided us through the entire process of successfully obtaining a new mortgage and ultimately a new home. His advice throughout has been fantastic and I don't think we would have managed this very stressful time without his guidance.
