Needed to remortgage as our fixed rate was up.

Emma was absolutely brilliant. She gave a great service and always there to give us info at any time we needed it. Emma came to our house for our meetings which helped us because of work commitments. I would recommend Emma to everyone. And of course I can not forget Abbie for all her hard work with processing all our paperwork.

I needed to source fresh buy to let mortgages for my current property portfolio.

Emma and her team went through the information I needed to provide and then started to work on my needs. The process was very thorough and we discussed what was needed to be done prior to an application to ensure my best chance possible of not only securing the mortgages but also to try and secure the best deal by making if I was able to a few tweaks to my personal and business circumstances.

I am still in the process of making my adjustments, but once done we can move on to the next stage in the application.

What could they have done better?

For me the ongoing work is being dealt with very professionally and also in a friendly and understanding manner so I'm happy overall.

Yes, definitely, although the lender was frustratingly slow.

What could they have done better?

Possibly qualify the lender to see from the outset their full requirements, however the lender could of changed parameters through out the process.

Due to personal circumstances I firstly looked into the possibility of re-mortgaging a house, which Emma helped me to find for the amount I was looking for. I had then to change my approach and get a mortgage and Emma secured me the amount I wanted to achieve in a record time.

Emma & The Trusted Mortgage Company have forged close links with not only myself and my business but with other businesses on our local business park. Emma has a very warm, calming and reassuring personality which is very helpful when dealing with financial matters as they can be difficult to grasp and worrying to implement. Having used Emma firstly for a mortgage need I have then returned for other financial needs such as business protection and home and family protection. I'm a first time buyer and needed help and advise on all the options available to me.

How has Emma Fanthom helped you?

She helped me by talking through all the different options available with different banks, the percentage of deposit put down and repayments, repayment terms, advice on solicitors, advise on surveying, legals, insurance, absolutely everything.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, she has found me the best mortgage rate and her advise has resulted in me hopefully getting a decent mortgage amount.

What could they have done better?

She has done everything well and by the book. For me personally, I don't think she could have done anything better. She's been so great.
