i have been referred by SJP. SJP provided such services in the past and took care of the mortgage from start to finish. This process has obviously changed. Hence my feedback Alexander provided me with great advice and service but it caused extra hassle, paperwork and ID checks for me as a client to have dealt in the past with just SJP and now with SJP, Ox and Hart Finances as well as a sollictor.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

First time buyer house purchase and I wanted to find someone that could guide me through the process as well as operate as broker and recommend what to look for.

How has Alexander Peters-Bean helped you?

Alex found an appropriate mortgage for me (twice as my first offer expired), identified appropriate insurance requirements and discussed with me all the options available, he was also not afraid to recommend against options if they weren't suited to me, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Yes and then some, Alex was above & beyond what I could have hoped. I was anxious about ending up with someone that just sends emails and doesnt take time to discuss and listen to you. Alex is very personable and very open to both long-discussions (usually over the phone) as well as quick messages of guidance anytime.

Very hard to identify any constructive criticism, I don't think I can recommend any improvements!

Alex provided us with advice with regards to budgeting and affordability, advised us on a reasonable offer to make for property we were interested in, and thereafter helped us in the whole mortgage application process along with insurances. Alex was always available almost immediately and was very responsive throughout. We felt that he went above and beyond to ensure he could help us and answer any queries we might have.

From the very first moment we contacted Alex to ask about his services, we knew that he would be the right person to assist us with our first property purchase. The wealth of knowledge that Alex possesses around purchasing a property proved to be extremely helpful and invaluable as first-time buyers navigating the property market at an incredibly challenging time. Throughout the process of buying our house, Alex was there at every step of the way to help and support us… even with queries that fell outside of his remit! He has been incredibly responsive with replying to messages and emails; and whenever we needed support he was only a phone call away.
