I had recently gone self employed, I was told by my current mortgage provider that they would offer me a new mortgage to allow me to purchase a new house using one years worth of financial books. At the last minute, once the house was on the market, I was let down; I then approached Lisa.

How has Lisa Jackson helped you?

First and foremost Lisa allowed me to overcome the obstacle of getting a mortgage with one years worth of financial records. Since then, Lisa guided me through the process of selling, buying and then moving house. With her constant advice and guidance she made what can be a daunting process less stressful. It didn't take long for Lisa to almost pay for herself in savings she made for us when providing better quotes for solicilotors than we had currently received. It also came as a shock that Lisa also helped with bits we would have expected to fall outside of her remit. Notably this was helping to chase up other parties.

To look for a bridging loan to purchase a new property.

How has Lisa Jackson helped you?

She found a lender, which was very competitive, and because I had never been through the process of buying a property before, she guided me, step by step. Lisa also was able to smooth out any issues with solicitors, and any other parties involved in the process. Without her, I would have been totally lost, and would have probably given up on the whole move. Lisa was excellent, and I cannot thank her enough.
