I wanted my husband to join me in the UK. It was a complex case as my husband was a Pakistani national claiming asylum in Italy, therefore I had to be very careful with making my selection of a legal advisor. I must say I made the best choice.

Sachan offered advice and guidance throughout the process of application and always responded in a timely manner to questions sent from myself and my fiance. (There were lots of them!) At the time of building our application, the information necessary seemed somewhat overkill. but retrospectively I am very happy Sachan ensured we sent every possible page of information available to us. We are very happy with the service received.

My Filipino partner (unmarried) became pregnant after her visit to my home in the UK as a general visitor, after contacting local solicitors for professional advice on the options available to us to allow my partner to legally be in the UK for us to get married and have our child born. Via these local solicitors, Mr Gautam was highly recommended to us due to his experience and accreditations in immigration.

How has Sachan Gautam helped you?

Mr Gautam helped us by professionally guiding us step by step through the processing of our marriage visitor visa listing all the relevant documentation required to our visa, information on where to go for various other requirements such as language test centres internationally. Mr Gautam's communication was very efficient and was on hand at any time (even weekends) to answer any queries/concerns I had through out the process. Mr Gautam is now processing a further visa for my now wife to settle in the UK and with the level of assistance given with the marriage visa, this has made our newest application much easy to organise.

Yes, our marriage visa was granted in good time despite some set backs throughout but, with Mr Gautuam's preparation of our documents and covering letter explaining our situation, we feel that this very much helped our cause.
