My husband and I required several POAs to be set up; firstly for us to manage the affairs of both an elderly close relative and also another relative with health problems; and also for us to set up POA for each other for the future. We also wanted to set up new wills in a way which protected our property for our children's inheritance.

Following the death of my father, I had issues with the integrity of my brother in dealing with probate. After 2 years of very little progress and contradictory emails from him I decided to seek legal advice.

She then communicated on my behalf directly with my brother and subsequently his solicitor. We found Caroline provided a consistently professional and quality service throughout. Caroline explained the end-to-end process, answered all of our outstanding queries in full, and advised us of the best options to assist with making final decisions regarding the contents of the Wills. She took care of us during every step of the process even taking payment at our last visit. Our first meeting was on the 5th October 2015 and a few days later we were posted the draft Wills for perusal. The final versions were signed on the 24th October 2015 - turnaround could have been quicker if we had spare time in our diaries to accommodate Caroline. Our initial reticence about the Will process in general was that this would take a long time to organise and would be a long drawn out affair. However, Caroline made the whole experience very straightforward and easy to understand and do.

Our current situation is that we are both in a second marriage with children from both sides. Making Wills was something we knew we should do but had procrastinated over during the years as we thought the decision making for allocating the Estate(s) would be cumbersome together with the overall legal process. We are more than delighted with the speedy outcome of the service provided by Caroline as she has taken this weight off our shoulders and the we were happy to pay the sum charged.

An uncooperative executor of my late fathers Will refused to discharge their responsibilities preventing grant of probate from being obtained. The executor also registered a grave plot in their own name preventing a head stone from being laid causing untold anguish to my mother.Having seeked and instructed the advise of two previous solicitors,neither without success , I turned to Caroline Wilden.

At our first initial meeting with Caroline, my mother and I explained our situation. Caroline took plenty of notes and asked lots of good questions. Our family had recently lost our mother , who was a widow. Having served as a Police Officer for 30 years , I had a good knowledge of criminal law and the justice system. however, the area of Probate law was a new area for me. I visited the Caroline's Office as it was near to my home address and a friend had recommended Caroline in particular.

I cannot honestly suggest what could have been done better in my situation. I am completely satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend Caroline to friends and family that find themselves in the situation where they require advice involving a Will or Probate Law.
