I emailed with Loana Ragan regarding tax between UK residents and non UK residents receiving cash gifts, She provided enough information to answer my questions. No charge was mentioned but I would like to know your charges as I may need a more in depth consultation in the future?

Hasib was very clear, honest and reassuring. I may well use him if i do need an accountant.

I've not been contacted, thus I'm rating this a very poor experience.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an accountant?

Looking for advice we could trust. Didn't want to waste time in researching the rules when we could spend that time running our business.

How has Hasib Howlader helped you?

Howlader consistently provide trustworthy and dependable advise on a very timely basis. We've saved a huge amount of time in the process, and have removed the element of risk we were previously facing.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely.

What could they have done better?

Perhaps a bit more clarity when it came to the annual return - as it was our first time doing this, it wasn't obvious whether this would be done automatically, or whether it required instruction.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an accountant?

I am a sole trader & needed an accountant who could file my returns and prepare P&L statement and Balance Sheet as well as provide any supporting documents in reference to by business and take care of my affairs with HMRC.

How has Hasib Howlader helped you?

Howlader & Co are very professional accountants. In my opinion their main strength is their customer service and personalised approach on case to case basis. While dealing with them I was always had this confidence that they know my case as much as I do. I would like to mention 'Claudia' who works at Howlader. She was dealing with my case and I have to admit that she was highly professional, very responsive with amazing sense of responsibility. Her response time on issues were outstanding with lot of patience and she delivered amazing customer service throughout. I highly recommend their services.

Yes.

What could they have done better?

At times & based on the individual scenarios I think they could be slightly flexible with their processes (though this is just a suggestion) but other than that I couldn't flaw anything.
