My last accountant was getting extremely busy so had little time for my tax but when he gave advice it was very good and informative.

I became a private landlord.

How has Quraish Adamally helped you?

Quraish completed my (and my wife's) Self Assessment Tax Return, advising, in the process, of the best way to set up our tax affairs. We had only 4 months worth of letting our property in the year that Quraish was looking at, but we are still owed a tax rebate. Quraish continued responding to emails over the Christmas holiday period which helped us to meet the submission deadline, despite my approaching him rather late.

Yes. Responses from Quraish are always quick, clear and friendly. His advice has been great. And I feel we are in safe hands.

What could they have done better?

It's difficult to make a constructive suggestion when the service was everything that one could hope for. I suppose the only thing that I came unstuck on was knowing what documents I was to expect from HMRC and what documents I had completed and forwarded. Some kind of progress / document tracker would have helped with this. But in the absence of this, Quraish simply emailed reminders, which was just as good.
