I am passionate about being the Difference Maker to the lives of my client's and their businesses. Together with my amazing team, we achieve this every day. Having entered the world of Accountancy straight from school in 1996, I quickly gained my AAT qualification and soon after became one of the youngest qualified Chartered Accountants in the UK. In 2005 I became a partner of Charlton Baker and was key to the firms growth, and development of the new opportunities that were presented to the business. Most recently, we have become an Alternative Business Structure, meaning we are able to offer Probate services; alongside this, we offer will writing and LPA assistance and advice. In 2010, I took on the role of owner and Managing Director of the business and have always been somebody who wants to lead the way and ensure everyone involved with Team CB, be it team members or clients, are inspired and enabled to do their life’s best work. Indeed the mission of Charlton Baker echos my ethos. Quite simply, we want Charlton Baker to always lead the way within the Accountancy World. This means challenging and inviting every person or business involved with us to continuously grow, evolve, and be the best version of themselves possible. I regularly advise clients on all areas of business life and challenges, and have a keen interest in start-up and high growth businesses and assisting clients with business strategies and associated tax planning. I also spend my time supporting clients in the niche sectors of Media & Entertainment, and Land, Property and Real Estate, as well as being a key board member of Wiltshire’s largest independent Estate Agent and owner of David Weise & Associates (UK), which specialises in the music industry.
