Neil contacted my by phone within a day and we arranged an appointment within 5 days, we haver since met and he was very precise about the services provided and would be sending me terms of engagement shortly.

As yet I still have not been contacted by this advisor by phone or email. It has been over a week since I requested some advice and think it totally unacceptable that I have not heard from him. I am now in the process of getting advise elsewhere so no longer require his expertise ,furthermore I would not recommend this service to any members of my family and friends .

I have known Neil for a number of years and have always found him to be both professional and very approachable. He takes time to answer any queries I may have throughout the year and he is careful , diligent and honest in his responses. Neil and his team are a pleasure to work with.
