Nicholas Hall arrived punctualaly and proived most helpful in the short interview we held. I had prepared all the necessary documenbts and he very soon commented on the suitability of our tax position. He did not propose that any necessary measures should be taken so I do not propose to use his services. Thank you for the assistance given to mem in arranging his visit. I have E Mailed an exprression of appreciation for his service. I will keep his name before me should I feel the need for assistance. WHY NOT ARRANGE FOR BETTER PRINT IN THIS SECTION - IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE WHAT ONE WRITES!

Pplease amend your statistics accordingly. He was willing to listen and try to help, but his level of detailed knowledge on some particular tax matters (eg triggering the money purchase annual allowance) appeared to be significantly less than mine.
