Rashid Iqbal

I have always worked in private practice. Starting as a trainee in a London practice, I worked my way up to a senior manager where I was a lead auditor and responsible for managing a client portfolio. I have an analytical mind which lends itself perfectly to the business advisory side of our company. I always wanted to be financially independent and run my own business and I am proactive at pointing out opportunities to clients who wish to grow and streamline their own businesses. I often advise on how clients’ can increase their exposure to new markets, improve profitability and streamline processes to bring about efficiencies. It’s not always about increasing revenues! No two days are the same. Aside from the day-to-day management of the team and practice, I can be involved in dealing with client queries, assisting in technical areas of personal and business taxation, participating in audits, and troubleshooting with senior team members. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling and sampling new cultures and I am an avid viewer of both football and cricket.
