The Service which I was receiving from my previous Accountant was not satisfactory, resulting in me paying too much Tax and items being submitted late which resulted in penalties.

Though this is not a major issue, considering the industry standard attrition rates among highly qualified accountants, it would have been good to have the same name at the other end to talk to - but I understand that it is not always possible to provide the same contact person while also providing excellent services
