After doing some research I had reached out to Milena Sherman Clark for legal advice on my personal tax returns & submitting them in the UK.

How has Milena Sherman-clark helped you?

I pay my income tax in the UK through my employer but I also have a holiday home in Spain which we let out for key times in the year. Milena gave me great legal advice on what and how I declared this in my UK tax return. I would thoroughly recommend Milena as she is highly knowledgeable, very responsive, organised and provides real clarity which is so important. The tax service she provides represents great value for money. As reference other accountancy practices were quoting 3-4:1 for the same brief.

The complexities and disingenuous nature of the UK tax system. I was being charge for trying to workout how to use the website.

How has Milena Sherman-clark helped you?

Milena understood the urgency of the situation and within an hour I had an email to explain what she needed just a quick came the appropriate documents to sign. Using remote signing applications I was able to sign for, date and file the documents.

My issue was resolved very quickly and I was more then satisfied with the outcome.

What could they have done better?

I have been impressed with how professional and courteous Milena was in the face of someone who was troubled and in need of help. I appreciated the speed and concise method in which she asked for and processed the information I provided. In my case I do not believe that Milena could have done anything better.

I was looking into purchasing a second property and wanted to get advice on the changing tax implications and how my particular circumstances would change.

Milena was very useful, she contacted me very quickly from my initial enquiry which was great. I issued all my financial information & questions prior to our meeting, she did all the research and compiled a response which we ran through together, she communicated it in an easy to understand manner for someone who is a tax novice.

What could they have done better?

I have only good things to comment on Milena's service. My only constructive criticism would be not to have your picture in your signature on emails, just not the normal thing. It's a very minor comment though.
